Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
  2. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  3. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder.
  5. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently coat them with the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss to ensure an even coating.
  7. Arrange the tofu cubes on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  8. Bake the tofu for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through for even crispiness.
  9. Allow the tofu to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
